Swimming :
In front of La Maison du Meunier you can swim. Check the changing opening hours at : aupmg.com (click on marée estuaire lamena). The beaches start at Meschers, 15 km drive.
Promenades :
We have our own fishingboat l’Atlantis and would be pleased to show you the Gironde. If you are lucky, afterwards we can cook the catch on the barbeque. We can also arrange sailing trips, for instance to the Phare du Corduan, one of France’s most famous historic lighthouses. Please contact us in advance. We provide maps for walking and biking. The area has many trails for all levels. We have also bikes available for our guests.
